LexTesting Solutions LLC provides professional mobile collection services for DNA and drug testing.

SMS Usage: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages, including transactional and service-related communications such as appointment reminders, arrival notifications for our mobile units, and service updates.

Text messages are intended for informational purposes regarding your scheduled services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By using our services and opting into SMS communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Testing for minors requires the explicit written consent of a legal parent or court-appointed guardian.

3. Mobile Testing & Appointments

Service Area: Our mobile services are primarily provided within Tulsa, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas.

Access: The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the mobile collection to take place.

4. SMS Opt-Out & Customer Support

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

We act as a collection agent; laboratory analysis is performed by certified third-party partner laboratories.
